Very efficient and quick and the bed was not easy to dismantle
I paid for installation and removal of packaging. However this wasn't done by the delivery guy. I sent an email to the company asking for a refund of the amount I paid for installation, its been over a month now and I haven't received any feedback. Their services very terrible, it took a long time for my bed to be delivered too. I do not recommend.
Delivery was quick and arrived when stated . Overall the men built my bed and removed the old one with no mess . I was pleased with how everything went. Unfortunately the mattress is dipping were we lie and is very obvious even when the duvet is on . We are not obese and this isn't what I was hoping for. Never have I had a mattress like this . I would be grateful if you could shed some light on this . Thanks
Not too impressed with the mattress as the springs are noisy. However it is fairly comfortable but would have liked one a bit firmer.
